Introduction

CFHL technology is employed to produce maximum diesel from synthetic oil. Low-temperature Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (LTFT) process produces high quality feedstock for ethylene cracking, non-aromatic solvent oil, diesel fraction with high cetane number, high-grade lubricating oil and high congealing/freezing point wax, these products exhibit high quality and high value.

Technical Characteristics

1. Performance and Features
CFHL Technology process is used to produce diesel product based on thoroughly investigation; CFHL Technology process shows high selectivity for middle distillate. For the CFHL Technology, the guard reactor with graded loading guard catalysts is employed to prolong operating cycle.
By using unique processing method for catalyst carrier and the optimization of the catalyst active components, the catalyst RTF-1 with good hydrothermal stability is explored for the stabilized hydrogenation unit and the catalyst RCF-1 with high selectivity for middle distillate is explored for the iso-hydrocracking unit.
2. Flexibility of CFHL Technology
The unit can be operated at 60%~110% of processing capacity.
3. Feed adaptability of CFHL Technology
CFHL Technology can process products from different LTFT technology, such as fixed-bed FTS, slurry FTS, iron-based synthetic oil with high olefin content, cobalt-based synthetic oil with low olefin content.
4. Performance
By using CFHL Technology, not only conventional liquid fuel but also solvent oil, liquid wax, lubricant oil, wax with high value can be produced.
