Introduction

SINOPEC's technologies for selective hydrodesulfurization of FCC naphtha consist of RSDS series technology and OCT-M series technology. By applying these technologies, FCC naphtha is selectively hydrotreated to produce gasoline with low sulfur. These technologies have the characteristics of high HDS activity, low olefin saturation, low hydrogen consumption and low octane loss which provide a very important technical support for upgrading gasoline in refineries.

Technical Characteristics

1. Flexibility of operation
The unit of the selective hydro-desulfurization of FCC naphtha has wide operation flexibility ranging from 60% to 110%.
2. Feedstock adaptability
The technologies are viable in terms of its adaptability to various feedstocks. They are capable of dealing with FCC naphtha with sulfur content ranged from 100 μg/g to 2000 μg/g and olefin content ranged from 15~50 vol%.
3. Operating cycle
The run length is not less than 3 years which can match well with the turnaround of FCC unit.
